We hiked this section on July 5, 2008.
Since we only had the truck for this hike, Dumb and Dumber decided to split up for this hike. Python & Zero started at Reeds Gap and hiked north. Dirigo drove up to the Dripping Rock parking area and hiked south. We exchanged the truck keys when we met on the trail.
Python met a very nice section hiker named Trail Music from Georgia who was heading south. When Trail Music saw Python on the trail, he asked "Are you Stripper? Several NOBO thru-hikers were asking about you."
