Trail Days is an annual hiking festival that takes place the first weekend after Mother’s Day in Damascus, Virginia. This events draws hikers, churches, locals, and vendors together in one place for 3 days each May.

This reminds me in some ways of the yearly biker week in Sturgis, South Dakota. Thousands of bikers ride their motorcycles out for a week of events and festivities.
